Q: What inspired you to start A We Lighting?

Valentyna:

After working in the lighting industry for over seven years, I realized something was missing — heart. So much of the business had become about selling and scaling, not supporting or listening. I believed there was a better way: a company that prioritizes people, not just products. That’s how A We Lighting was born — from the idea that design can be collaborative, empathetic, and truly customized.

Q: What does the name “A We” mean to you?

Valentyna:

It’s the core of our brand. It reminds us that nothing we do is ever just about “I.” Every product, every project, every breakthrough — it all happens through collaboration. “A We” is about designers, agents, clients, and makers coming together to create something meaningful.

Q: What makes A We Lighting different from other lighting companies?

Valentyna:

We care deeply about the people behind each project. From small custom homes to large-scale hospitality builds, we offer real design support, flexible customization, and fast, honest communication. We also combine in-house manufacturing with strategic partnerships — so we can adapt quickly without compromising on quality or style.

Q: You talk a lot about empathy in design. What does that look like in practice?

Valentyna:

It means listening. Asking the right questions. Not assuming every client wants the same thing. It also means offering options — both creative and cost-sensitive — and treating people like partners, not just customers.

Q: What kind of clients is A We Lighting best suited for?

Valentyna:

Q: What are you most excited about right now?

Valentyna:

We’ve just launched, and the momentum already feels incredible. I’m especially excited about the upcoming collections we’re developing for both indoor and outdoor applications. I also can’t wait to see our first completed client projects — that’s when everything starts to shine.
